Q1:  What do I need in order to start Online Booking?
A1:  1.  A proper web browser installed in your PC. 
            The recommended browser is Internet Explorer 4 or Netscape 4.0, or above.
       2.  Credit card number for verification purpose on the net. 
       3.  Registration on the net.

Q2: How many days ahead should I start booking the flight?
A2: You should book as early as possible to avoid disappointment due to flight full. 
      A minimum of 4 working days is required for online flight reservation.

Q3:  Is it safe to book online?
A3:  Yes, it is safe. Data transmitted is encrypted by SSL.
       The booking system is done through ABACUS - a well known airlines reservation system.      

Q4:  How do I collect my air ticket?
A4:  You can collect your air tickets by self collection in R.R. Rungnirand tour's office.

Q5:  How do I pay for the online booking?
A5:  We accept credit card payment or cash when you collect your ticket.

Q6: Can I cancel the booking?
A6: Yes, you may cancel you booking online before ticket issuance.

Q7: Do I have to pay for any cancellation after my ticket has been issued?
A7: Yes there will be 1,000 Baht for ticket cancellation charges and must be done within the same        day. However, the acceptance of cancellation is subject to ticketing conditions. Some ticket               can not be cancelled but it can be refunded later.

Q8: What document do I need for Online Booking travel?
A8: As usual, you need at least 6 months of valid passport, visa and relevant health certificates               for the country of your visit.
